This final report reviews and analyzes the design for Building One of the Technology Innovation Center. Further, the report compares various primary system configurations including chilled beams, VRF, and VAV systems. Secondary system chiller configurations have also been studied to see the improvement of using an economizer. Breadth topics include a rooftop PV solar analysis and rainwater harvesting study.
